Easy 

Trekking activities done within the elevation of 3500m, which do not require much experience of mountaineering and rock climbing is considered as easy trek. During easy trek there will be less possibility of High altitude sickness as one makes a little walk about 3 to 4 hours and does not gain more altitude every day. So, the trekkers without good physical condition can also complete easy treks. This type of trek is particularly recommended to aged people and couples with young child. 

Moderate 
trek in comparison to easy trek is quite hard and even longer because it includes 4 to 6 hour walking in each day. Basically, it is considered as a low
altitude trek with an elevation of 4500m. This trek is proper trek for all the trekkers as it does not need any prior experience but it only counsels the
trekkers with the basic physical fitness. It’s due to this reason even the aged people take part in this type of trek.

Strenuous

Like moderate trek it is not a proper type of trek. It demands those trekkers who especially have prior experience of mountaineering and climbing. It is considered as the toughest kind of trekking with the elevation between 4500m to 5500m. This trek includes 12 to 14 days of 7 to 8 our walking on foot in a day through wild country with high passes. One essential requirement for this kind of trek is you need to have strong physical fitness and it is the more important factors for the trip because this trek is towards higher altitudes and remote area.

Very strenuous 
It is the most difficult and challenging type of trek among others. It provides a real adventure of mountain climbing to any trekkers with the previous
experiences. This trek recommends rarely visited area and it includes more than 8 to 9 hours walking per day. Due to this fact those who want this trek one must be well trained and have the strong physical appropriateness.
